These Terms govern your use of Streekly — the mobile app, this website, and the partner portal at partner.streekly.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Venue operators are additionally covered by the Partner Terms of Service, which apply to listing and managing a venue.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.
Streekly turns visits to gyms, pools, climbing walls and similar venues into streaks, XP and rewards. Visits are confirmed by scanning a venue QR code or by your location at the time of the check-in. Features change as we improve the product.
Streekly is in active development. Features may change, break or be removed, and data such as streaks or XP may occasionally be corrected. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You agree not to:
We use automated checks to detect improbable check-ins (for example, impossible travel speeds or inaccurate location data). Suspicious check-ins may be flagged and reviewed, and may not count towards your streak. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Rewards are offered and honoured by the venues themselves, not by Streekly. We show what a venue publishes and verify that you earned it, but the venue decides what it offers and is responsible for providing it. Rewards have no cash value and may expire. If a venue does not honour a reward you earned, tell us and we will follow up with them.
You keep ownership of what you upload — your display name, avatar and profile details. You grant us permission to host and display that content in order to operate the Service (for example, showing your name on a leaderboard, subject to your privacy settings).
The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will give you reasonable advance notice and ask you to agree before any charge is made. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. On deletion we remove or anonymise your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Streekly is a motivation and loyalty tool, not a fitness, medical or safety service — always train within your own limits and follow the rules of the venue you visit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, and because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
