These Terms are a binding agreement between you and streekly s. r. o., and govern your use of the Streekly mobile app, this website, and the partner portal at partner.streekly.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
Venue operators are additionally covered by the Partner Terms of Service, which apply to listing and managing a venue.
Streekly is intended for general audiences. We do not verify age when you sign up, so if you are a minor, please check with a parent or guardian before creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account, and you agree to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Streekly turns visits to gyms, pools, climbing walls and similar venues into streaks, XP and rewards. Visits are confirmed by scanning a venue QR code or by your location at the time of the check-in. Features change as we improve the product.
Streekly is a motivation and loyalty layer on top of venues we do not own or operate. We do not provide sports, fitness, training or venue-access services ourselves, we are not a party to any contract between you and a venue, and we do not supervise what happens at a venue.
Features may change, be added or be removed as we develop the product, and data such as streaks or XP may occasionally be corrected. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service.
Streaks, XP, badges and rewards only mean anything if they reflect real visits. You therefore expressly undertake, as a condition of using the Service, not to cheat and not to circumvent, disable, manipulate or interfere with any verification, anti-fraud or security mechanism of the Service. In particular, you agree not to:
We use automated and manual checks to detect improbable or manipulated check-ins (for example, impossible travel speeds, mocked location signals or implausible location accuracy). Suspicious check-ins may be flagged, withheld, reviewed and reversed, and may not count towards your streak, XP or reward eligibility.
Where we determine, at our reasonable discretion, that these rules have been broken, we may take any step we consider proportionate — including refusing or reversing a check-in, adjusting or resetting streaks, XP, badges or rewards, withdrawing reward eligibility, and restricting, suspending or terminating your account, with or without notice. Rewards obtained through cheating are void and may be revoked even after they have been issued.
Rewards and campaigns are created, offered, funded, honoured and fulfilled entirely by the venues and partners themselves, not by Streekly. We provide the technology that displays what a venue publishes and records that you met the venue's stated conditions.
The registered venue or partner is solely responsible for its campaigns and rewards, including their existence, accuracy, description, availability, conditions, value, quality, legality, any required consumer, advertising, tax or promotional-game compliance, and for actually honouring a reward when a customer claims it. Any entitlement to a reward is a matter between you and the venue.
Streekly does not sell, supply, warrant, guarantee or underwrite any reward, and gives no assurance that a venue will honour one. Rewards have no cash value, are not exchangeable for money, and may expire or be withdrawn by the venue. If a venue does not honour a reward you earned, tell us and we will follow up with them as a goodwill matter — this does not make us liable for the reward or oblige us to provide a substitute.
Venue listings, descriptions, opening hours, photos and campaign content are supplied by venues or from third-party sources, and we do not verify or endorse them. Your visit to a venue, your conduct there, your membership or entry contract, and your safety are matters between you and that venue. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any venue, partner or other user.
You keep ownership of what you upload — your display name, avatar and profile details. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service (for example, showing your name on a leaderboard, subject to your privacy settings). You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it is not unlawful, offensive or infringing. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will give you reasonable advance notice and ask you to agree before any charge is made. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms — including the fair-play rules in section 4 — or if required by law. On deletion we remove or anonymise your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Streaks, XP, badges and unredeemed rewards are features of the Service, not property, and are lost when an account ends.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that check-in detection, location accuracy or QR validation will always work, or that streaks, XP or rewards will always be recorded correctly.
Streekly is a motivation and loyalty tool, not a fitness, medical, health, coaching or safety service. Nothing in the Service is medical or training advice. Physical activity carries risk. You take part entirely at your own risk, are solely responsible for deciding whether an activity is safe and suitable for you, should seek medical advice where appropriate, and must train within your own limits and follow the rules and instructions of the venue you visit. Never let a streak, campaign or reward push you into activity that is unsafe for you.
Nothing in this section affects any rights the law gives you that cannot be set aside by agreement, including the consumer protections that apply where you live. Everything below applies only so far as the law allows.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: any injury, illness, accident, loss or damage arising from physical activity or from your visit to any venue; the acts, omissions, content, campaigns or rewards of any venue, partner or other user; a reward not being honoured, withdrawn or changed; loss of, or incorrect recording of, streaks, XP, badges, levels or rewards; unavailability, interruption, delay or failure of the Service; inaccurate location, GPS or device data; or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity.
Because the Service is provided to you free of charge and you pay us nothing for it, our total liability to you for all claims taken together is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not affect the liability described in the paragraph above, which cannot be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold us harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your attempts to cheat or circumvent our verification mechanisms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
We reserve the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time, at our discretion — for example to reflect new or changed features, operational or technical needs, security or anti-fraud measures, or changes in law or regulatory guidance.
We also reserve the right to change, add, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including features, rewards mechanics, XP, levels, streaks and their rules, at any time and without liability to you.
The current version always applies and is published here with its “last updated” date. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Service and delete your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
